Ultra 360 ALEX 12/12 bucket separator vapour phase filter

The Ultra 360° filter is a new and improved clarifier filter - efficient filtration combined with ergonomics.

The Ultra 360° filter has been specifically designed with the installer's convenience in mind. The inlet and outlet ports have been placed on separate, independent elements of the filter housing so that the angle between them can be freely adjusted. Thanks to this solution, the installer has complete freedom in positioning the filter in the engine compartment.

To ensure high filtration efficiency, polyester was used as the filter material. The polyester filter material we used is a special non-woven fabric, which is characterised by better filtration efficiency than paper and blotting paper, and a slightly different mechanism of retaining dirt particles. To ensure adequate filtration accuracy over the long term, the surface area of the filter material must be as large as possible, which we achieved by pleating it without increasing the size of the filter.

In addition to its ability to retain contaminants (filtration efficiency), the filter material must also have sufficient strength. We have achieved this by shaping it correctly (pleating) and by using additional elements that do not participate in the filtration process, but ensure, for example, that the filter medium is sufficiently rigid.
