LPG multivalves

The LPG multivalve, a key element of automotive gas installations, plays an important role in ensuring the proper functioning of the tank and safe use. It is a purely mechanical device, without electronics.

The multivalve consists of several key components. The 80% valve cuts off the LPG supply during refueling, protecting against overfilling the tank. The overflow valve activates when the engine requires gas to flow too quickly, protecting against possible line damage. A safety valve monitors the pressure in the tank to prevent it from rising too high. The fire valve opens when the temperature reaches 110 degrees Celsius.

Additionally, the level indicator informs about the amount of gas in the tank, and the electromagnetic operating valve regulates the flow when starting and closes it when the engine stops running. The manual operating valve is used during servicing, interrupting the flow of LPG into the engine compartment. The non-return valve allows LPG to flow only towards the tank during refueling. Together, these elements guarantee the effective and safe use of the gas installation.
