Polyester Cartridge for Vapor Phase Filter Ultra 360° ALEX

The vapor phase filter is located between the reducer and the injector rail in sequential LPG gas injection systems. Its purpose is to protect the injector rail and the engine from solid contaminants present in LPG gas that could disrupt the engine's operation or damage the installation.

To ensure high filtration efficiency, polyester material has been used as the filtration material. The polyester filtration material we have used consists of special fibers characterized by better filtration efficiency than paper and tissue, along with a slightly different mechanism for capturing particulate matter. To ensure the required filtration accuracy over extended periods of use, the surface area of the filtration material must be as large as possible, which we achieved through pleating it without increasing the filter's size.

In addition to its ability to capture contaminants (filtration efficiency), the filtration material must also have the appropriate durability. We have achieved this through the material's proper shaping (pleating) and the use of additional components that do not participate in the filtration process but provide, for example, the necessary rigidity of the filter cartridge.

The filter cartridge should be replaced once a year or every 15,000 kilometers.
