ALEX Shark BFE Adapt reducer increases the gas pressure, while in a standard reducer the pressure is kept constant or drops. It is based on the design of the popular SHARK reducer - it has a dirt-resistant flap valve. The modification of the proven design allowed for a significant increase in efficiency while maintaining the small size and failure-free nature of the reducer.

Advantages of the SHARK BFE ADAPT reducer:

Increases the efficiency of the gas installation (does not apply to Valvetronic engines) - it increases the gas pressure, while in a standard reducer the pressure is kept constant or drops.

No integrated solenoid valve and liquid phase filter - the reducer can be installed in any position, but we recommend installation with the gas outlet down.

Small dimensions - compact design allows the reducer to be installed in the tight space of the engine compartment.

Gas outlet with a diameter of 16 mm – improves the efficiency of the entire system.

Proven design - the flap design of the reducing valve ensures long and failure-free operation and resistance to contamination.

Safety – the design of the reducer body prevents the exchange of coolant and gas.
