The FLIPPER injector rail in the version designed for four-cylinder engines is used to precisely position the injectors in the intake manifold channels. This innovative injector rail features a new piston design and compact housing. By using a smaller and lighter piston, the forces acting on it have been reduced, ensuring the reliability and speed of the FLIPPER's operation.
The vulcanization process used in the production of rubber components ensures that they remain flexible for a long time, providing stable and precise fuel delivery even after traveling 60,000 km. Seals made from special fluoroelastomer (FKM) blends ensure excellent sealing, and the injector rail is produced and tested in accordance with the American standard SAE J1832:2016, ensuring high quality and reliability.
